Body Exercise

Exercise is needed in order to keep a fit body.

Exercise need not be too time consuming nor expensive. For those not used to exercising taking a walk for half an hour 2-3 times a week should be enough to keep healthy.

You can also get more exercise and save money by walking to nearby places instead of driving your car or taking a cab. Doing housework is also a great form of exercise.

Sports are a really fun way to get some exercise. Going out with your family or friends once a week to have fun at the park tossing a frisbee or going to the pool to take a dip will not only help your social life but will also keep you fit.
